WELCOME...
My name is Susan, I have recently relocated from Oxfordshire to live and work in South Wiltshire, United Kingdom. I am a qualified Somatic-Informed Trauma therapist working with an integrative approach, which enables me to work alongside your individual needs while recognising that each person's experiences in life are unique. My philosophy is that human beings are 'whole' and do not experience their difficulties purely in their minds but also store them within their bodies.
To offer you bespoke support, I have studied more than one theoretical approach and consider integrating mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork support led by you. At the heart of my practice is the belief that developing a good relationship will enable a solid foundation for your work to begin.

I work with Adults and Couples providing therapy online and in person in a dedicated accessible safe space. I have experience working with a broad range of issues: depression, anxiety, difficulties and choices that arise at different life stages. These challenges are often rooted in past ways of responding which become outgrown or hindering your path now. These patterns can affect choices, how everyday life challenges are approached eg work work-related, relational or family issues to coping with bereavement and losses that occur in a lifetime.

I have undertaken further training to work with emotional, physical and sexual abuse.
I have gained experience working with clients who have life-limiting diagnoses and their families.
I also offer relational support to couples who wish to explore communication, decision-making, boundaries and/or current challenges within their relationship.

I work as an affiliated therapist with the PFOA.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and can be found on their register. I work within their Ethical Framework providing Good Practice. www.bacp.co.uk

I am ICO registered (ZB455102) and fully Insured.
