I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website when you contact me, this is kept for a minimal length of time deemed necessary to offer you the best service whilst respecting your confidentiality. In addition, there is a  collection of the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; computer and connection information. Therapii website is hosted on the Wix.com platform and I use software tools to measure and collect connection information to help offer my clients optimal service. Wix and other platforms eg Google, and Zoom may also collect personal data and they will have their privacy policies.

If you choose to contact Therapii via telephone as a communication preference to reach my practice, any personal data left in messages I (Susan Heayes) cannot guarantee confidentiality as this is handled by a third-party reception (The Sanderum Centre).

All therapeutic note-taking, storage and a separate Privacy Policy will be discussed and signed when you are comfortable with all aspects of this before sessions begin.
